All our engineers work remotely, fixing many problems on-site at the customers home address or at one of our local state of the art repair labs.  To provide the best service to our customers, we always have a free initial phone consultation which aims to diagnose any problems quickly and assess likely solutions and costs involved. Following the phone consultation, an engineer will book a time and data to visit your home with the aim of fixing the problem on-site or collecting your equipment for fixing in one of our local state of the art repair labs.
